Established in the heart of NUS in Winter 2022, StoreIT was born out of a simple yet pressing challenge: the hassle of student storage. As students living on campus, we faced the same struggle of packing up, hauling our belongings home, only to bring them all back again the next semester.
What started as a simple solution for students at NUS has grown into something much bigger. Born in Winter 2022, StoreIT was originally created to solve the inconvenience of moving and storing items between university terms, which was a struggle every campus resident knew all too well.
Since then, we've expanded into a full-fledged peer-to-peer storage platform connecting individuals and businesses with unused space to those who need flexible, affordable, and nearby storage. Whether it’s personal items, business stock, or short-term overflow, StoreIT provides a seamless alternative to expensive traditional storage.
Today, we operate across 100+ locations in Singapore, helping homeowners earn passive income and giving renters access to space on demand: all through a trusted, localized network. We’re on a mission to make storage smarter, cheaper, and more human.

Birth of StoreIT
StoreIt began as a solution to our own campus storage struggles, serving our first customer during the NUS winter break.
Campus wide solution
StoreIT expanded across NUS, using vans to help students with summer storage, securing over 500 items.
Peer-to-peer concept
We experimented with the peer-to-peer concept, facilitating our first match between students during the winter.
